... u signed bond and went to Germany then real story starts here - U will get only 33 to 35£ per day means total per month 1050£ along with ur salary this situation like a begger (my suggestion is to compare this compansation with any of low lowest level worker in Germany who is working for 8hr day) - accomodation provided by company but u have to cook ur own food if u have to servive till ur training period ▪️ Senior or higher level person dont have that much knowledge of IT .They only knows mechanical part. If we see from point of view of IT they were just lagging in all technology. ▪️ If u denied to sign bond then our some or colleague faces problem while resigning. ▪️If u are expecting good salary then ur at worng place in IT infra team they gives food compansation not upto the mark but quite good enough so u feel I'm permanent employee and i get good salary compansation with job safety. In Configurator department dont expect any thing hardly u can get 60 70k after 6 yrs of experience. ▪️I think all of us who ever worked in ksb tech will always say that we learned Microsoft Excel enough like a data entry operator. ▪️Strict 9:30 hrs working is to hectic

No trainings, Very low salaries, Bad appraisal, too much politics. Top management will never entertain you regarding the salaries or appraisals. Your immediate manager will say appraisal are pre-fixed from top management we can not do too many modifications. So they do appraisals just as formalities. No retention policy. Never provide any promises in written. Everything they speak verbally so that no one can claim on the promise. They never value your work. Appraisals are on the basis of how you are sweat person to your manager. There is always male/female comparison. Female will always get best appraisals even if they can not perform. This things are from configurator department. Rest all departments are too good. IT services department is the only happy & best department at KSB Tech. The reason behind it is the manager of the department. He is the only best manager among all the managers in the company. Strange, all the policies are same, company is same, still too much difference between IT department & configuration. Configurator management should have handled there employees in the same way that IT department handled.
