Here Is in time is fixed but out time is not confirmed, you should work late night Without any argument. If you go in single day on time manager always says, "You always go before time."

No job security, no appreciation for sale people and after completing individual target also they don't give incentive.they make full for new joiner by showing larger CTC including variable.but they don't give variable by giving reason company turnover is less. Very poor expense policy. No job security even after good orders they layoffs 19peoples. And more internal politics of old peoples,who don't have ability to go in another company. You will get thank you card only after regrious hard work. And 100/-rupies cut if you come after 8.30Am. Typical owner based company. Only showing company as reputed company at the time of interview. They want professional work from employees like MNC in salary of Bhosari MIDC. Don't join you will waste your time and confidence.

Company is not open to innovation. Sparkline Equipment pvt ltd is good company for those who wish to do job for long time job. Working culture is terrible over their because Sparkline believe in late night work. Personal growth rate is not so good, yearly basis increment also low. But colleagues are very supportive.
