1. No regular salary, different date, no proper salary, no event salary, too many deductions, incorrect salary last 1 year 2. Only this company i see the salary dispute form to fill every month 3. No proper communication channel 4. Very bad company mess food they are providing 5. Living in very bad leakage room or living in container with labours 6. No one caring us, no facilities nearby, High price cafteria only two in campus, afterall it is like a jail 7. 12 hr job + 3 hr travelling a day without any off 8. Very bad atmosphere to work in this company. No standard 9. I put too many times complaints against the company for salary issues. 10. Management failed to operate company as well. Very very bad... Still going bad

Spark management is working for employees on zero label.. Spacialy the human resource department.. If a employee resing and serve them 30 days notice again the h. R. Department asking 3000 aed money to the employee and they treat the employee like a animal.. H. R. Department personnel mr. Dia even they not offer the employee to come inside the h. R. Office to explain why a employee have to pay 3000aed when he give a 30 days notice to company. And this company is totally harassing thier employees...... Operation department dont have proper vacation plan. They have different contracts.
