New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Only some non teaching staff and teaching staff and students energy and behavior and their work culture.

Dislikes

...ever I had. There is no job security and mid of session teachers can be changed. There is no such proper polices of labourwork and salary structure and no increment or bonus. Management is transparent but principal and coordinator's behavior are so bad ,negative minded and they are not showing respect to other teachers with full of dirty work politics. They didn't take of children properly but they act to do so.

The students of the school

Dislikes

The behaviour of the management is very bad. They take decisions based on assumptions. The principal is useless. She has no basic idea regarding the responsibility of the role assigned, indulges in gossip more than work, enjoys discussing about Teacher's private life.

Only the behaviour of the Principal Ma'am

Dislikes

Many things, they didn't provide any documents when u leave the organisation even they were not bother to receive your call also. The organisation is not organised at all. The behaviour of the admin department was worst.
