Company policies are not so good. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Job training is not given to new joinees. The management does not address our issues.

Other unites of minda is inspiring to work in exact unit location , because whole spark minda group is not bad but the wiring harness culture not that much good I have to start my career and I had learn so many things from minda

Creation of culture with respect to emerging market. Behavior of promotors with the employees, Location of office, opportunities within the group. Different events organized by HR

Dislikes

Organization structure and manpower approval for down the line structure. Salary breakup which leads to more income tax. Some policies e.g. OYOC, Local Conveyance, Travel inland etc.
