I am working in minda corporation Ltd from above one year. Company has good learning invironment but salary and company working policies are not as good as required for comfort working.

poor manager, resources, employee policy strict timing poor attrndance app risking the salary loss unplanned company holidays lack of tools does not understand software devlopment business

Other unites of minda is inspiring to work in exact unit location , because whole spark minda group is not bad but the wiring harness culture not that much good I have to start my career and I had learn so many things from minda

Salary were so so low No appreciation No promotion No good culture

1. System design for better improvement. 2. Great opportunity to proof yourself in short terms.

1. Late duty culture. 2. Toxic behaviour. 3. Contractual salary is less. 4. Employee valuation is not matter

Creation of culture with respect to emerging market. Behavior of promotors with the employees, Location of office, opportunities within the group. Different events organized by HR

Dislikes

Organization structure and manpower approval for down the line structure. Salary breakup which leads to more income tax. Some policies e.g. OYOC, Local Conveyance, Travel inland etc.
