I worked in spandana 5.8 years but my salary with variable 3.2 lak per anum in my side give small suggestion for management please think about old employees for salaries hike so many employees completed in spandana 4 or 5 years but salaries 3 to 3.5 lak per anum they didn't get any holes and pramotion for that senior employees in freshers giving 3 laks above in that freshers don't have any experience but giving salaries 3 lakhs above what is the difference about experienced employees and freshers both are getting same salaries I am requesting think about senior employees

Only Job security. Bad projects and no future prospects after working here, so they are looking for manual workers.

No hike, politics, unprofessional behaviour, difficult getting leaves, expected to stay late and work after officr hours

Little bit of job security as people with good knowledge and work ex leave after seeing the condition of work. They need people to stay to get the work done.

Primitive technology, no interest to adapt new technologies, terrible salary hike, management is only money & power hungry. Overworked people. They only take people who are desperate for jobs and make them work 24*7

Worst Culture in any organisation I ever seen, focusing only deduction and cost cuttings, No Management, shift timing is pathetic, Higher Authority just putting pressure so that employee can give the resignation, don't count your efforts. Head Office member not supportive at all. 13 years of experience to join this organisation was my biggest mistake.

Become worst after change of management from PADMAJA REDDY MADAM Salary was reduced only for CA's from 25k to 18k NO extra TA giving in that No dining allowance They just continously putting pressure on employees to achieve uneven targets WORST WORST WORST Working hours No work life balance in this company there only WORK NO LIFE NOTHING Even you should work on Sundays also Employees should start working from 6am to night 10pm even more sometimes Employees not getting enough pay for their work Spandana without PADMAJA REDDY MADAM is like he'll No employees security nothing They just seeking their profits Every Employee in the company watched how they removed MADAM from the company
