Its a pleasure working with Spanco, the management team was excellent, very helpful & supportive, salary always on time, teamwork excellent, if i get a chance working with Spanco again then i would definable join again

I worked as an AM- HR at their Salt Lake sector 5 office for roughly a year. 22 days of my salary remained unpaid till this date even after putting in proper notice. Poor company culture, no training, poor work life balance. I was made to work extended weekends. People can join at their own peril.

When i came in spanco BPO so this was my second job but i had learnt about growth because i was selected as a team leader after 1.5 Years and i had won 2 time RnR award in this organization. so this good company for me.

i think, i have not any issue from Spanco BPO because it was done promotion for me.
