They don't pay good in terms of work. Also after 6 months of probation they don't confirm the job stating some baseless remarks on the employee also don't pay what they were promised at the beginning

Company's MD Mr. Sanjay Ganpati behavior towards his employees and other staff and direct communication with each of them.

Dislikes

lack of transparency, lack of information, try to engaging in non technical work like sales and logistics, director of sales and marketing and his sales team forced you for sales and marketing so they can achieve their sales targets, not provide proper technical training, and too much office politics.

I have a terrible and pathetic experience of working there. That company's SFO Mr. Ravikumar does not have a knowledge about which employee should be hired for which post. He doesn't even know the difference between ‛Network Engineer’ and ‛Hardware Engineer’. He hired me on December 2019 for network engineer post and later his couligge (another pathetic HR) Mr. Santhos wanted me to repair a computers, printers, machines at hardware level. Mr Ravikumar did not clear anything about the work while taking an interview. Pathetic experience, pathetic office politics, corruption, blame game etc. So if you come across any job vacancy for this company in future. Just skip that vacancy otherwise you have to face huge disappointment. Don't play with you time and future.
