Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Great Product though its costlier compared to competitors.

Dislikes

Everything about SPAL is great except for few lazy people in the organization who refuse to work. If they are fired it will be a great organization to work with.

It's purely Christian minority community company they hate Hindus they dnt want celebrates Hindu festivals and dnt prioritize Hindus, no job security every one job like dalywages basis only.next they will start recruit from labour addas

Dislikes

Worst culture heavy politics igostic fellows around management. It's may be good company when they removed some personal from R&D head.
