To be honest my company give me a decent salary as per my work,as i have working since 3 and half year's.As Per Company policies i think it is too much cruelty.Environmental condition of company is too bad.Food in canteen is not healthy one.

Here lot of area chances of improvement but nobody is not interested to work on it like new project to provide customer satisfaction, also some fellows of union also not good even they don't no if cycle not going as per define standard what will be impact on product, customer &future opportunities to organization need to think top management to provide good training, also importance of executive, worker etc. Also have to wake up from once upon time&accept new competitive globe &update it.
