...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 month before which you cannot resign.

Salary is average not so good not so bad. But otherwise no perks and benifits.

Only pay salaries to retain the exist employee. Otherwise no perks and benifits. No SOP to work only you have to adhere to your boss, may be he was wrong but you have to follow him without questioning. No free hand jobs to do.

Company has good fringe benefit, salary gets in time. I have experienced green project here.Learned legal compliance. Cateen food quality good. Diwali bonus and gift vouchers.

If you are asst. Manager there is no junior below you, every department responsible persons alone there is no any supporting person below him. Employees are helping each other. Management is blind, every one person is overloaded, his personal life affected due to work there is no time of leaving work, some person goes to home at 8 pm.

No reliving time 8 pm 9 pm. Sr. Managers work as dictator,every time ask for resignation. Front of MD take responsibility and give burden to junior. If you quality you are responsible for production and incoming materially not came from suppliers, if you are in production you irresponsible for dispatch customers PO. If you are looking d&d you also responsible for BD and plant production. Workers have no over time no leave against the extra working. If finally your leave balance then it will zero in next year. HR work as admin which MD says it will implement.
