There is nothing to like, worst company it is.

First they will show high CTC and when you are moved to Thier city pune after that they will say they will half salary if target is not complete. We should have our own laptop, our own bike, our own sim card, and yes recharge on that sim should also done my ouself. They will not provide accommodation to joiners. This is cheap company. I have invested my all resources when joined and just after next month they Was offering half salary.

... going home. But the company didn't pay me for the month of April, May and June. Each and every company was paying its employees the fixed salary and in this company everything was just opposite. They were asking us to work from home during these three months but were not paying us. I got my March salary in July and that too half salary.

Dislikes

Another thing which I noticed that directors were partial amongst employees. Few of my colleagues got march salary in april and some of them got the salary in june. When I came to know about this instance I called the director and said that why is this happening because even I requested many times for my salary, to which they replied that the person who performed in May will get the salary of March. I mean seriously? How is March salary related to performance of May? That was the moment I decided to leave the company. As per my opinion, its better to sit at home rather than working with dissatisfaction and crying daily. I request everyone who read my review that please do not join this company if you want to live a happy life. But lets consider if you work due to some financial crisis or some other personal reasons, than work under Vipul Jaiswal. Kindly avoid working under Shyam Singh, he is the most manipulative person within the company. He plays politics within the company. He will try to be smart and will try to make a bond with you but in the end he will betray you for being in good books of directors.

... h ,jisko nhi pasand h wo party join na kre .new new places explore karwati h .agar aap kaam nhi kroge toh konsi company pay kregi .their are so many companies who is not paying incentive to their employees but at space India I got my incentive at every quarter and salary at every month..

Nothing is dislike about the company,if anybody have any problem or anything about the company plz come infront of directors and asked them about their problems.i think busdil wo h jo khud ko justify nhi kr skte h or peeth pichhe baat krte h ..itni himmat hai toh front me aake apni prblm share kro social site ki help lene ki zarurt hi kya h ...

It was very good platform to learn about the market team members are very supportive and both directors are good in nature as well as they both good knowledge in real estate sector. Specifically. For it’s me that company is like my family.

The company has zero work ethics and no sense of behaviour ,company will keep on changing their polices according to time and if you ask about strict and fix policies they avoid to tell the employee , they asked us to work in half salary in the pandemic and promised so many think initially but accomplished none ! We were ready to work in this crisis but company is so biased for the employees where they promised that every employee will get salary at a fixed day no before and after but due to lack of corporate norms and breach of promises or word of mouth they gave the salary to few of them and asked us to work or resign only then they would give the salary to us . Where we asked for the salaryof the month we worked but they denied and said to would not get it unless you join back . Fraud company

Fraud company , more than 15 people have left the company out of 35 due to the dysfunctional routine and downgrade attitude and zero company policies uncertain rules so many no sensical behaviour of the company ! The company has no HR , they wont give you the joining letter , so dam unprofessional attitude of the bosses and their unfixed norms , do not go to this company they would never help or support you in any para metre, the directors of the company are the bosses and the manger because they dont have any specific department or have appointed people for that two of the directors only talk about girls and they bribes the customer to grab the deal and gives scam deals ! Not at all safe for girls where they ask so many personal questions to and make them uncomfortable . If you want to end your career then i recommend space india
