Worked there for 3 months as an intern but didn't get the salary for even 1 month no any extra benefits were there terrible workplace for a fresher

I was excited about building something which would have been very impactful for the companies customers. However, things went south soon.

Dislikes

...'t credited on time even after multiple confirmations from the top management. The salary initially offered before the joining was different from what was given after joining the firm. Equity was offered before joining the firm. However, I never received a confirmation on the agreed equity amount after joining the firm. Not a pleasant atmosphere to work at. F&F was not paid in full even after confirmation on the F&F amount. The top management spent way too much time playing politics rather than bringing in revenue. PS: There were only 10 employees.

The culture is highly collaborative and supportive, with mental health being supported without needing an excuse.
