Few People In Organisation Are Very Gracious & Cool , Very Supportive & Loving. I Have Learnt Lot Of Artefact, Acquired Lot Of Skill Set. Working Hours Are Perfect, Weekoffs System Are Superb.

... Double Standards They Cant See You Even Hustling or Doing Tremendously Well. They Do Not Pay On Time, Very Late , No Incentives For Months Of Months. Leaving Few Chances No One From Management, Superiors Will Help In This. They Want You To Be Fully Responsible & Resourcefull But Will Not Care Or Take Responsblity For Your Responsblity & Needs Of The Life.

Teammates are more like a family. Politics between the colleagues is least. Job security is there. Work environment is cooperative and friendly.

... balance is hard to maintain due to the work given during personal time As well. Salary and appraisal are the most disappointing Factor in the company.

People in the Chennai branch are the best colleagues one can get. Major reason to Love the work was the work culture with in. Everything was fine until it was changed to Franchise. One can work. But dnt even expect any growth. Many new things can be learnt. But at the cost of no growth

Growth Salary timing. Never get salary on time. Month's salary is Received after every 48 days.

Its a trailblazing path with its own set of challenges, the company is thriving and has created several business models. For me it is very satisfying to interact with children and young people and inspire them to pursue astronomy. Path-breaking nature of the job push me to bring out the best in me.

It has been a great learning experience. Here, we educate children by hands-on science. Learning about night sky through evening and overnight observation makes it thrilling and exciting. All in all, great place to learn and explore.
