Apart from the initial joining salary, there's not much positive to say about the company. Please take the time to read my honest and genuine review of the downsides I and everyone experienced.

Dislikes

I want to share my honest feedback about the firm. unfortunately, they tend to Layoff employees within 15 days of notice period if you're not on a client project. Additionally, the company is planning to transition into a product based firm with 3 of there own products. However, over time, these products have become useless due to poor planning from the CEO, Mr. vivekananda Reddy. when ever he identifies an issue, instead of improveing the exisiting project, he opts to start from scracth, which seems to be his go- to solution. My advice to the CEO would be to recognize that employees view there company as their own family and oftern work harder thn you people expected. Firing an employee or creating a bad situation or work culture if you do not have a proper projects to assign them is not a sustainable practice. when projects do come in, the company hires employees as soon as possible but also fires the employees if project is done. i would also advice the management ot reconsider this approach, as it's creating insecurity amound all the employees. Everyone in the company is feeling uncertain about their future, and this kind of environment is not conducive to long- term growth. PLease again change the approach toward your own employees.

First thing I liked the most is work life balance, planning and execution of tasks are so good that we don’t need be worry about last minute pressure. Work environment is so inspiring because everyone supports you in acquiring new skills and getting better. Don’t miss a chance to get onboard and work here, sure worth a shot.

I’m happy that I could not dislike anything about space inventive.

1. The company could improve by incorporating more fun and recreational activities. 2. There is a need for better employee engagement initiatives.

Less interaction with the team, as many are connecting in remote work mode.
