Nothing to like. As such .

Dislikes

There is no work life balance They don't follow any rule or Regulation as per the HR norms They will trap you by false claiming about their policies. The site level arrangements are very poor.

Good hike for employees joining to this company with experience.

Dislikes

Increment is very less for Department areas such as Planning, Commercial, etc. Compulsory works for site people even on public / local holidays. No comp-offs for Sundays. Working for more than 13 hours regularly.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
