The work pressure is normal but growth is low and salary highic is very low

There is no time limit 11 hours working hrs and depression and over pressure and Manager using hard words during working time loose talking and etc...

💯% job security, because our own decision to be relieved one of the reason.

1 min to be late , take 15 min permission in our system. Another all over factory control to our factory manager, because head office regulations not to be follow , so quality so many pressure.
