Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

It is 20 years old Public Limited Company which listed on BSE, focusing on Television content and regional movies production and distribution. The company is a debt free. WhiIe providing professional services to the company also its group companies, I have handled the income tax scrutinies, TDS prosecution, Income Tax Appeals, ITAT Appeals, Service Tax Audits, VAT Audits, GST cases for various years, co-ordinating with the statutory auditors, advocates, Enforcement directorate and CBI cases out of which i have learnt new things which will useful to my rest of professional life.

Dislikes

There are various cases litigations against the company such as Income Tax, Service Tax, Enforcement Directorate, CBI and others etc., I am not aware of all these case before accepting offer. However, I have handled all the above cases and completed most of the cases and few case are pending in various government agencies. The professional fee not in commensurate with the services. At present company is not operating
