There are various cases litigations against the company such as Income Tax, Service Tax, Enforcement Directorate, CBI and others etc., I am not aware of all these case before accepting offer. However, I have handled all the above cases and completed most of the cases and few case are pending in various government agencies. The professional fee not in commensurate with the services.
