It was individual owned and managed -- the owners ignored,undermined proffessionals service excellence and advice --- due to greed and unprofessional,short term benefit / gain actions --- doomed.

As the Chief Architect, I had full freedom in the design and detailing of projects as well as in appointing team mates. The confidence that the bosses had in me was immense.
