New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I worked here 10 years. I found only one thing no growth and politics. It is not a corporate company it is a lala company. He pays more to politics.

Dislikes

Wants to loss in you career than join here. Nothing to grow here. It is on same where his father left. They have 2 hotels and a small company, it is manipulating South Indian for north India tour. They have the awards and got these with the influence of political parties. It is running in a hotel basement, in karol bagh. Always car parking issue.
