The salary package they offer is very low comparing with other similar industries. Also there is no value for an experienced & trained manpower. Newly inducted trainees were loaded much and in the name of learning they and their knowledge is exploited.

The only good thing about the company is Job security. Termination is very rare. Lot of exposure to learning.

Dislikes

Salary and culture is the major drawback. A diploma candidate will be earning more than half a Lakh per month and Engineers will be earning less than 30% of Lakh. No compensation for engineers for the extra hours they spend. Culture is getting worser day by day. You need not have knowledge to run a plant , you will be expected some other typical qualities. If u are a engineer never chose this company

Management started updating the company policies. Hope they will finish. Compensation is poor. Need updation in compensation. Competitive companies give best compensation. That's the main reason for the attrition. Job security is better. If you get absorbed after clearing the training period, they will not terminate you easily.

Poor work life balance. At anytime one has to go to company premises. Low compensation. Stringent work hours.

Right field for career opportunities... Right place to learning technical studies and practical work experience.. But not enough salary for working in hazardous industries

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues. Salary is average..

Good ambience inside township with all facilities even during pandemic. Proper training to freshers to develop into a knowledgeable Engineer and manager. Good food provided at very low cost during shifts.

Dislikes

Compensation is low, working hours are long. Yearly increment is also low
