No learning, No promotions, Employees are not respected, Old employees have more leverage for festive leaves, 4 days salary is deducted if taken off on Diwali,Holi etc. Time to time threatening for termination, worst transport, Huge penalty and deductions on salary and incentives , multiple complaints in labour courts for this company and still lot more reasons for hatred. Lastly :- I left because for the first time I saw an employee hanged, this frustrated employee hanged himself in the basement of its building and they were still forcing people to take calls upstairs. This company is a trap don't go there.

...l out from your own pocket. They are great pay masters, when it comes to money. But you need to wait till the 15th of every month for your salary.

Dislikes

Really strict on leave policies and break exceed. You have to shell out half day salary,if the break is over 60 minutes. No exception.
