Low salary, no separate washroom for teachers, no casual leave or medical leave facility available, deduction of per day salary without any notification or reason, biased with the one who don't raise any question, and no job security at all, can sack anyone without notifying whenever management feels like, management don't focus on quality, they are just money makers running a business in the name of education. And the principal there is worst human being I ever met

...the school for 1year,fulfilling all their demands whether it is right or wrong..during covid they start paying half salary from the month of June...they expect teachers to work like servants, you have no right to share your opinion... One of my colleagues refused to go to school during pandemic as a result she was sacked.....there is no fixed date of salary you can get it on 10th of a month or you can get it on 20th of the month. They will not provide you anything to take classes you have to manage, you have to arrange books, recharge data packs on your own and at the end of the month you will get ₹3000...The way of talking is too harsh, if you leave school and ask for your salary they will say you have not performed your work well and that's why your salary matter is fishy now. It's like "nam bare aur darshan chchote"...

No facility for teachers, teachers are sharing same toilet with students, no fixed date for salary, no right to share opinion, if you express your opinion you have to leave the school..no work satisfaction at all...during Covid 5 teachers left school including me not because of money but for their behaviour... No support provided for taking online classes also you have to manage on your own
