Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

... and HR Manager is pathetic. Even don't have any kind of policies of procedures. Salary disbursement is 15 days delayed. So to get one month salary one need to work 45 days at least. Post that if company director and CEO will approve then one can get the salary.

Company director, CEO, VPs all are pathetic as I have worked with them closely. No time limit of work. 24 hours is less even.
