Its a Cool Place every job will have its own internal pressure apart from that recently office was shifted to JP nagar now the office is Excellent with great interiors.

Nothing major but sometimes salary got delayed.

Management is very friendly. Plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies. Flexible working timings.

Dislikes

Rules and procedures are not followed by majority of staff. It took me one month to get a PC for me, 45 days to get a project and MSDN subscription to work. I can see more than 50% of staff sitting idle. Employee turnover is more. More than 80% of employees are new and joined recently within one year. Mostly communication is verbal. No one uses email for official communication.
