I hade highly negative experience with SourceDotCom. The company lacked innovation, provoid inadequate empolyee development opportunities, and had poor work-life balance. Additionally, communication within the company was severely lacking. I would not recommend working for SourceDotcom.

Dislikes

I Had an extremely negative experience with SourceDotcom. Not olny did the company lack innovation and prvoide inadequate employee development opportunities, but they also had a strict policy of disallowing mobile devoice in the workplace. This restrictin severely hindere productivity and communication. Combined with poor work-life balance and communication issues, I strongly advise against working for SourceDotcom.
