...I powered supply chain and export. So there is meaning in the work we are doing. And for a fresher, the salary is competitive. Although you need to put in the hours for the pay. Overall, I like working here.

The work hours are longer as its a startup. The travelling to various parts of India for sourcing was fun but also hectic sometimes.

Excellent Sales Training. Remarkable. I never knew Sales can be structured in such a persuasive way. Initially I did not like sales at all. After taking training from Sounak Sir, I really view it as a game to close maximum number of deals. He himself is great in Sales. It does not feel like a typical Selling. Rather, its a very enjoyable process. NLP techniques are incorporated into creation of Sales Script.

Dislikes

It's target based. Even though every philosophy behind each line of the sales script is dissected and taught, but it requires us to actually close x number of deals at the end of the day. Feels pressure sometimes. Also, during travelling, the rooms we were kept in could be better.
