There is no security of your designation. For Example you if you will join here as an accountant you may get an appointment letter of an social media executive or marketing executive.. For no reason they can shift you to helpline office or parlour from head office.. Too much politics rather than work.. No one will give you any opportunity to grow your career. Even the Director also don't want to give any opportunity to higher qualified people.
