Sotax conducts training often. As a service engineer, you gets to do r&d in your own office, get prepared and goes to field. Teammates are understanding, joyful... In sotax, we believes in fun and work. Its more like a college classroom... 24*7 mati bur, when ot comes to work, you must be ready yo give your100%. Colleagues are supportive. You gets to travel a lot... 80%traveling..as your career progress, u have to travel abroad....

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience.
