Worst management functionality, not system or structured organisation. Policies are changing as per their requirement, any professional should not consider or prior on job selection if they applied without knowing about work culture of Sosyo Hajoori.

Everything is worst than imagination. Even they are not give you a single cheer for sitting..guys one of the hopeless company I ever seen in my life. Job security is zero...they fire you any time. So please it is humble request to you stay away and tell your friends about that.

What a terrible experience i had in this company. Behavioral of staff is like they are your boss. Just ordered on you. They have poor HR policy. Using abused words front of HR and HR just watching it as they are just OWL. Never have future plan to go back and not suggesting to go there
