The pay is definitely above industry standards. I was given the liberty to choose and work the way I do work. Anything you needed in terms of learning courses, hardware was promptly provided by the team.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about Sosuv as much. I was there for a short tenure. If you’re someone who can take accountability and responsibility of your tasks then you’d have no issues working here. Since the team is small, expect a little work life imbalance at the start of your tenure.

I have been working with Sosuv for past 3 years, and have got numerous opportunities to learn new technologies, to tackle innovative and complex challenges. Overall an excellent place to work at with supportive and approachable leadership.
