Generally the company is very good for girls and married women. Most of the promotions in this company go to women, and generally women hold the highest positions at there.

Dislikes

it is very difficult to get promotion and salary hike in this company. I joined 2021 as a fresher at that time my package was 2.75Lac I left 2024 at that time my package was 3.50 Lac. Now new fresher's are coming on 3.10 to 3.50. For Experienced 4 to 5Lac depend on the last package.

Infrastructure, Festival celebration, building location, staff amenities - cafeteria, gym, smoking zone, washroom, hot beverages vending machine, crèche.

Poor work life balance, Hard management conduct & techniques, Poor compensation structure

...he management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and resort alike garden. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Well to be honest there is nothing as such to dislike. Sopra steria pune office feels like a resort when you take a walk after having your lunch or dinner. The garden is huge. There are so many amenities provided for employees. Break timings are limited to 1.30 hours for a day and i think thats more than enough for 9 working hours. Stability is quite good but it depends on the Projects.

Good work environment and culture... Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.. Company policies are good... Appraisal are fair... Get every year bonus.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Best thing about Steria a very rich and employee friendly culture. Their policies are made to ensure everyone get benefits from it. There are plenty learning opportunities and growth prospects are good for right candidate.

Not much to say but yes salary in non technical domain need to be more competitive as per market.
