Soorty is a leading vertically integrated textile group manufacture denim garment export, very supportive their teammates, doing a training to motivate the skills of their worker, not easy to terminate w/o investigation secure job, career growth is average becoz more experience person working here to guide new person, salary slab is average due to growth person not move to anywhere, no leg pulling to each other, friendly environment to work, life balance is adjustable not very high or nor very low, most important thing of this company to learn a lot, quarterly events organize by company along with different units like cricket match, movie plan, game show and award ceremony on best performance in working.

Dislikes

I never dislike to work in soorty, i just want to move from here becoz i spend a long time here and approx 12 years and gradually i promote my post and now i stopped at Assistant Manager PPC post, untill my Senior not move to anywhere till then i will not move to manager same condition will apply for my juniors that's why i have to move till my Juniors comes up, they will work with total responsibilities and they got confident when work freely, i wanna move to share my experience with other organization and learn their system if different from my organisation system and better.
