...ular trainings in every month but no career growth because is this showroom job.salary is very low but average because of Gwalior is my hometown.appraisal in every year month of january.work environment is to good .

Sony is a very good company but my career growth is not possible because of this job is showroom job .boss also good my area manager my bm.boss.and all are teammates.

-Annual parties & Family day -Free Lunch -Fun, Supportive & inclusive environment -Work sometimes feels like fun but at times its so hectic and tiring -Holi/Diwali celebration -Employee discount on sony products(B-type products)

Dislikes

-6 days working(Roaster basis) -very less salary -not much to learn -No/very less opportunity for growth(promotion) -Too much office politics -Some Managers are just there for roaming around, talking all day, gossiping and involved in office politics -brain draining job -Headeachs due to use of headphones

Culture of company, logical and descent policies of company, support of seniors l, instant resolution of problems.

Dislikes

Noting much just salary is somewhat lower that market, a little issue in work life balance sometimes I had to work without taking any weekly off for whole month

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for lunch & one time food is provided secondly OT is there & last but not the least for every Saturday we come we are paid extra for that .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
