1. No concentration on employee's skill development 2. Biased policies towards senior management, safeguarding them inspite of terrible mistakes made by them 3. Limited vision, involvement to safeguard employee's growth, mental health against their political bosses responsible for creating hostile working environment 4. COC policies are bended as per senior management's discretion

I don't know about other departments but i have worked with Standard and Practices Department with Sony and my experience is very bad. Shayasta who was my Manager was very unprofessional and dominating nature. My HOD Madhuri used to blindly follow what Shayasta used to tell her. And HR department did not even try to listen to my side. Don't join here. Instead join Zee, a very nice place to work with.
