too much politics, Employee is evaluated based on how good they are with manager rather than what work has been done or how creative the work. QA director, Manager . TL all of them have 0 knowledge shameful to see managers just forward emails sent from employee not even changing any words of it,

Company exists due to some good people in management.

Due to one wrong person in wrong place company had to wrap up the call centre from Bangalore, back to Canada. His name is Suri, call centre manager. He use to promote wrong people and their wrong DOINGS. Resulting in loss to company. Was thrown out, but damage was not reversible.

The best place to work. Get lot of things to learn very supportive team leads and managers. Had a very nice experience working in Sonim.
