New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The the most froadest Hospital in Bhiwadi the hospitals make hurted in blood reports and make the patients attendant food and take lots of money with the patient attendant they changes even the reports of blood even though did not have any ICU facilities and non MBBS resident doctors are there working it's most worst Hospital in that area very bad experience I have with them
