It was an overall good experience working with this organization. Everyone gets equal opportunity to perform. No partiality neither from the directors nor from the team mates.You get support from the all other departments. I appreciate the open door policy which means you can knock the door of the directors cabin without any hesitation. You get off on Indian holidays and every festivals celebrated with full joy. Every month there was a dinner treat to any welknown restaurant. Nice office culture. Easy leave policy. All three directors are very friendly and supportive.

Everything. Let me explain how , once you are under hiring process you will get so many promises and once you get hired there is nothing like promise. Such a looser management and bad company. No job security. You will be fired even you have good performance. They will not give you a proper reason why they took this decision Horrible experience to work in this company and terrible feeling of been there. PS- join at your own risk.

I have worked at SBOS for more than a year and I had a very good working and learning experience. The company really takes care of it's employees either it's related to their professional growth or personal growth. The company offers leave on every Indian holidays, being an outsourcing company it's really amazing. Work atmosphere is good, infrastructure is also good. The best part of this company is their Directors, really polite, humble and down to earth employers. They will be there for you at best of their capacities and that's makes SBOS a really nice place to work. The US office is also good and they are also very helping but some things are not in your hands. Overall SBOS is amazing place to work and I'll remember SBOS through out my professional life. 🙂
