Songwon good grup.For the job security point in pandemic suction Songwon get help all the employees.But some employees job security depending on the department culture respectively. Some things employees not security during job. It's depending your department head. For culture point the overall culture of company was good. But perticular department like R&D the culture was very bad. For job satisfaction we require our department have good working culture, good guide, good communication, transferred work, honesty. But that kind of quality we not seen in R&D & our R&D. He doing something handle it's own way. This kind of culture not good for your job. Overall management & policy of company was good. They consider and covered all basic, medical & all necessary thing.

I work in Songwon for 5 years. I work in R&D department. Initially when I join the Songwon my R&D department culture was very good. But after retirement of my boss. New one come in power & from that the overall culture of department change & it's very bad. For better culture we want enthusiasm, honesty, good guide, transferred work style, good behaviour, good knowledge. But this kind of quality I never seen in my head. He doing something it's this own interest not for company.During job he was very partial & as per your experience and capabilities he not giving opportunity to develop yourself.Also the rule was defferent such as you have not fix shift schedule. He make his own rule for that not follow the management policies. I was in senior position there but also I come in shift which was not fix. Initially I have the facilities of alternate Saturday Sunday off because I have manager position here. But he cancelled my weekly off and I come in shift work like freshers. So this kind of situation was very tough condition to work. He doing that kind of bad things but on one take any objection on it l think this was very bad.
