No good salary package against sales target , management is good, not ready to listen actaul problem. Everyone have some fav employe and all the supporting them rest all useless in compnay. Faviourism is on high side.

Company 5 years back was best company to work with where management was understanding and appreciation the work of the employee.

Company working culture has changed from past 3 years management is not concern about the downt the line employees.

Nice people's, treat respectfully with employees. Management takes care of employees health their families through health insurance. Sallary always on time. Other facilities are good. Good growth opportunities for deserving employees.

Lengthy process & approval matrix, lot of meetings. Decision making is slow

The authority of decision making from the management like for appraisal my manager doesn't have right to give increment as per his decision

Managers are very helpful. They support their team very much. Especially Mr.Vivek Singh Administration Manager and Ms.Seema Ahluwalia (Director of Administration,HR,IT & Marcom) they are best management of sonepar.
