No good salary package against sales target , management is good, not ready to listen actaul problem. Everyone have some fav employe and all the supporting them rest all useless in compnay. Faviourism is on high side.

Company 5 years back was best company to work with where management was understanding and appreciation the work of the employee.

Company working culture has changed from past 3 years management is not concern about the downt the line employees.

Nice people's, treat respectfully with employees. Management takes care of employees health their families through health insurance. Sallary always on time. Other facilities are good. Good growth opportunities for deserving employees.

Dislikes

Lengthy process & approval matrix, lot of meetings. Decision making is slow

Very good HR policies, man power considered as asset of company. Good travelling allowances.

Rigid process centric culture, need flexibility in processes considering local market & customer centric approach need to improve. Rest Company is good to work with.
