The company's management is very professional and cooperative. They give you full liberty of decision making. There are lots of thing to learn from technical to team building. They take care of employee's need and support in every possible way. Nice place to work & learn.

Dislikes

There are very few things to dislike about this company which are irrelevant if you are working sincerely and meeting company's growth goals. The only disadvantage I personally felt was that customer base is bit saturated as their products are being used by specific customer base only.

Likes

Achive highest production in M&M plant. Zero line losses. Pending SLA clear and monthly basis sign off from customer. Improve & trained to down the line for achieving the success goals.

Dislikes

Huge local and internal interference and create issues to disturbing the actual work processes. Also direct reportes is interested on such way of working. No power of HR department to support and taking faver of employees Every after 2 to 3 years, new employees are discontinued from the jobs. Very poor knowledge to higher authorities about the operation knowledge. No seriousness from HR & Management about KPI performance. Old management & under managerial team.

Likes

Work & life balance is not maintained as the decision by the management is way to long to accept or deny. Management is too friendly. No proper management. It is one man company and no proper decision is made.

Dislikes

No management. No decision making authority is given. All decision to be done by one person itself. Older people working in organisation are just working for leisure
