Higher management should release manager who doesn't know proper management. Half salary if you will be bench for one month. They will hire you and in one month if you will not get project they will cut your 50% of salary. Don't join to ruin your career.

The kind of work environment is very liberal and flexible. You will find it very nice to work here, that is why retention is high compared to other companies

The compensation they give is unpredictable and low. Even if your performance is excellent, there is no guarantee you will get a good raise. Many things won't be transparent
