...me they say they don't have project and ask you to move out of the organization. On top of that they keep you on bench and there will be 50% salary cut, for some people they don't even credit the salary. They do not have projects at all. Please beware before accepting the or joining this organization. There is a person called Bijay from Abhishreee consultancy where he brain washes during the conversation beware of this faltu person.

Very unprofressional. Scheduled interview which was very basic for my experience. Asked about salary expectation in technical round and then they didnt even come back with feedback even after calling them multiple times. If they dont have budget or intension to pay when it was clearly called out during initial HR discussion then they shouldnt have scheduled the interview in the first place

Just take salary and forget about your value, recognition, culture and transperency.

Promotions are given if you kneel down to your managers else you are ignored. No transperency in terms of hike, appraisals. Projects are allocated based on their requirement and not as per your skills. They don't know how to utilise resources effectively. List goes on...

...aisal since last 2 years. And they are not at all employee centric organization. If you only care about salary with no growth, no work life balance, no leaves , toxic manager then this place is for you. I am taking about Delhi location.

All are dislikes. Employees are not happy bcoz of current Regional Director. He is a toxic person, will kill you mentally.
