1)If you join after jan you will not get hikes for same year, need wait for one more year 2)2months bench ad 2months notice period,if they dont have any project they will ask to resign forcefully

If u want to learn new skills u have plenty of options. And if ur open to work your welcome to try in different domains. Good company culture.

In terms of compensation it could be better and work life balance depends on the client and their requirements.

They just want to make money by hook or crook and they fire people if one does not butter managers.

They promise compensation which is untrue and have loads of hidden pay. For eg: payment of 1 lakh which counts only after retirement but will be part of CTC so there by you never receive the payment as part of monthly payments

50% salary deduction ,if you come out of the project. it is very difficult to get tagged to a project. Majority of the projects are short term project company is outside the city (Global Village tech park, Pattanagere), so travelling this long everyday is very difficult.

...aisal since last 2 years. And they are not at all employee centric organization. If you only care about salary with no growth, no work life balance, no leaves , toxic manager then this place is for you. I am taking about Delhi location.

All are dislikes. Employees are not happy bcoz of current Regional Director. He is a toxic person, will kill you mentally.
