There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new job

In office all employees abusing no matters there are female staff also they talk with each other using abusing language accounts department is worst department in sonata richa sharma manish raj amit singh abhishek singh all are corrupt persons working there Not recommending anyone to join sonata finance pvr Ltd at all
