New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. One of the worst companies... Improper management..... They focus on each and every activity other than sales... Sales being the most important department they just avoid it and complete nepotism..... Dummy family members are placed who doesn't even know how to communicate...yes if you wanna have a permanent seat upto retirement please try this company.... There never gonna be growth in this company
