Good scope for skill development and HOD & HR is maintained very transparency communication at any level employee.

Total organization is dependent on ZH level employee. This organization, every employee is not maintained work life balance, there is no cut of time to work, too much traveling, no career growth, no salary growth.

Travel policy is not good. You have to work on all 7 days most of the time. hardly you can take 1-2 sunday off in a month. Also you have to work from 6 AM to 10 PM. No work culture

...anced but doubled the business. For employees - company is very much supportive. In this tough time ,when other organisations are deducting salary ,my organisation gave an advance salary to each employee which is a great support to overcome any critical condition during lockdown. These supports make my blood blue......and ma heart starts following this company from it's beats.
